Refund Policy

1. Credits Are Digital Products

Soul Virtues Wiki sells one-time credit packs. Credits are virtual prepaid currency used to unlock AI-generated reports and compare cards. They are not physical products.

2. Unused Credits Refund Window

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

  • The credits have not been used to generate any report or compare card;
  • The purchase was accidental and no content has been unlocked;
  • Technical failure prevented credits from being added to your account.

3. Used Credits Are Non-Refundable

We cannot offer refunds if:

  • Any credits from the pack have been used to generate a report or card;
  • You have viewed or downloaded an unlocked report;
  • You change your mind after unlocking content.

Digital content is delivered instantly once credits are consumed.

4. Non-Delivery Cases

If a report fails to generate due to a technical error and credits were deducted, we will restore the credits or provide a replacement report.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your order email and Creem order or transaction ID. We will respond within 3-5 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Creem back to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider and may take 5-10 business days.

7. Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of repeated abuse, such as unlocking reports and then requesting multiple refunds.
